The documents needn’t be exceptionally formal. Our focus lies on a concerted, swift advancement of your intention. Do you wish to keep the general partner GmbH in your own hands? More than possible. Appropriate organizations prepared to assume the general partner role are immediately available. They do not need to be set up. If your interest lies in an expedient transaction, we’re with you all the way. Once we have viewed your documents, we will give you a call and make an appointment for a personal talk. Depending on your documents‘ expressiveness, this date could well have a finalizing character. The funds are in place.
We are not shy of personal contact and are happy to give you references. We are always interested in establishing new business contacts that grow into long-term, mutual success and abundance.
